Food and Cooking

We ask visitors to cook their own food in the large, well equipped, kitchen area which has enough plates and cups etc to feed up to 80 people. There is full sized 6 hob gas catering cooker and oven as well as an open fire on which you can cook. We will be on hand to assist you with this.

There is a wood fired oven in which we cook pizza, bread and roast meats. For reasons of health and safety, a member of staff from Degmo must supervise the use of this oven. For one meal Degmo staff also prepare and cook fresh pizzas for everyone.
